*Description:*	The main objective of the project was to contribute to increasing the research potential for researchers in Western Balkan universities in accordance with national strategies and those of the European Union. The methodology to achieve this objective was realized through procedures and practices for the management of research workers in partner universities to improve standards in line with European standards.
