In point VI, of the revised transparency program in the UT, it is determined that the UT does not adopt rules, norms or limitations of the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual.

Acts that contain rules, norms or limitations of the basic rights and freedoms of the individual are provided only in the law and for this reason, the University of Tirana cannot approve acts of this nature, as it does not have such competence. Any other restrictions are provided in the Statute, or the regulations published on the website of the UT.
