In point VI of the revised transparency program at UT, it is stipulated that UT does not adopt rules, norms or restrictions on the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual.

Acts that contain rules, norms or limitations of the basic rights and freedoms of the individual are provided only in the law and for this reason, the University of Tirana cannot approve acts of this nature, as it does not have such competence. Any other restrictions are provided in the Statute, or the regulations published on the website of the UT.
