The UNINOVIS Alliance is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the second edition of the UNINOVIS Research Internship Programme for the academic year 2026/2027. This initiative is designed to foster international mobility and strengthen research collaboration between partner institutions across the alliance. By connecting researchers, PhD students and innovation professionals, the programme aims to create long-term scientific partnerships and strengthen the European research community.
First call now open: expressions of interest for host researchers
The first phase of the program is now officially open. Researchers from UNINOVIS partner institutions interested in hosting a researcher are invited to submit an expression of interest. (Expression of Interest – EoI), proposing a topic for research practice.
Deadlines: First round of expressions of interest — May 18 to June 18, 2026.
Publication: The final list of available research internship opportunities will be published later. 25 June 2026 on the official UNINOVIS website and on the partner websites.

About the program
The UNINOVIS research internship program supports mobility and collaboration between researchers within the alliance. The internships aim to:
