Based on articles 38, point 1, letter i and 46, point 3, of Law no. 80/2015 dated 22.07.2015 "For higher education and scientific research in higher education institutions in the Republic of Albania", as well as articles 37 and 42, of the Statute of the University of Tirana, the Academic Senate of UT based on the minutes of the vote counting committee, in the meeting dated 11.04.2019;
