Permanent Commissions and Ethics Council

The permanent commissions are collegial bodies created at the institutional level and at the level of the main unit, which are mainly related to scientific qualification and academic promotion, guaranteeing the quality standards of the institution and study programs, with the smooth running of its activity and relations with students , in accordance with the mission and policies of the institution. The permanent commissions exercise their activity and take decisions according to the competences provided in the law no. 80/2015 "On higher education and scientific research in institutions of higher education in the Republic of Albania" and in this Statute, or propose to the meeting of the Academic Senate the approval of the decisions that are within the competence of the latter.
