The first round ranked preliminary lists for first cycle applications for each study program at UT, published on the official websites of each Major Unit, are as follows:

3. Faculty of Foreign Languages
4. Faculty of History and Philology
5. Faculty of Natural Sciences
6. Faculty of Social Sciences
7. UT branch, Saranda
Note:
- Applicants have the right to appeal to the relevant Faculty on the date September 01, 2021.
- Registration Process First Round: On September 2 to 15, 2021 (7 stages of 48 hours; 02-03; 04-05; 06-07; 08-09; 10-11; 12-13; and 14-15), all applicants, who have completed the application process in the first round and have been declared winners, can complete the registration process, by submitting the relevant documentation, to the teaching secretariat of the Faculty, in the study program where they wish to continue their studies. Each applicant follows the progress of the process of announcing his winner in one or several study programs, from those he has selected in the application form.
- The applicant who has been declared the winner, must appear at the Faculty where he wants to register, within 48 hours. If the applicant does not register within the 48-hour period, he loses the right to register in those study programs where he was declared the winner at that stage.
- If, after each phase, unfilled quotas are found, the red line is moved and new winners of that phase are announced. These new winners can only be registered in the next stage. These stages continue until the quotas are filled and end on the date September 15, 2021.
