Collaboration between UT and Babe-Bolyai University of Romania

 

The Rector of the University of Tirana on April 5, 2022, held a meeting with delegates from Babe-Bolyai University-UBB, a public research university located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The purpose of the meeting was to examine the possibilities for mutual cooperation in various fields.

During the meeting, Albania's membership in the EU and the influence of the universities and experts of these institutions in this process were discussed, as well as:

– Cooperation with Babe Bolyai University within the Erasmus+ program for the exchange of staff and students;

– Cooperation at the bilateral level between universities;

- Cooperation within the framework of expertise in a number of fields related to the academic and professional profile of the members of the delegation such as: higher education, EU integration, central, local and administrative government.

The meeting was held in the presence of Calin Emilian Hintea, Professor at Babes Bolyai University and at the University of Michigan in the USA, Dan-Tudor Lazar, Vice Rector for financial issues, digitalization and relations with students and Professor at Babes Bolyai University in the field of economics and public finance, Catalin Baba Professor in the field of public and health policies, Daniel Pop, scientific researcher.
