The University of Tirana announces that scientific journals published by academic units are now equipped with a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), thus guaranteeing their unique identification and citation at an international level.

These journals constitute an important instrument of academic transparency, contributing to the dissemination and exchange of scientific knowledge according to European Union standards and Open Access principles. With this step, the University of Tirana further strengthens its role as an important center of scientific research and publication in the country and the region.
