The University of Tirana in cooperation with the Career Offices enabled the "Business Trip" activity.

Students had the opportunity to visit one of the well-known companies in the field of telecommunications, Plus Communication, the well-known audit company, Deloitte Ltd and next to the company Hako Ltd.This organization consisted in getting to know and presenting more closely with the companies, staff, departments and the way the companies operate.

The selected students were welcomed at the beginning by Mr. Ruben Paja, Senior Manager, Human Resources of "Deloitte". The activity started with a general presentation of "Deloitte" as well as giving some details about its operation in Albania and Kosovo. Students had the opportunity to meet two partners at Deloitte: Olindo Shehu, general partner of Deloitte, Kreshnik Robo, Financial Revise Research. The visit continued in the premises of the Italian Project, Financial Consulting Service, Tax and Legal Department, Financial Advisory Department (Consumer Business, Public Sector), Audit and Human Resources Department.

During the time that the students visited the premises of "Deloitte", they were very interested in the information they received from each department from the respective representative. They asked questions about the practical functioning of the elements they knew theoretically, about teamwork, about the computer programs they used, etc.

At the end of the visit, the staff provided the students with additional materials (brochures, catalogs, etc.).

In relation to this activity, the students were satisfied and we were very willing to be part of the future projects of the Career Office.
