On January 19, 2015, at 11:00, in the "Tefta Tashko Koço" hall of the Ministry of Culture, the Book Donation Ceremony was organized, part of the book fund near Ministry of Culture, for the benefit of the most important public and university libraries. 

The ceremony was held by Mrs. Mirela Kumbaro, Minister of the Ministry of Culture, representatives and leaders of other institutions such as Rectors, Vice-Rectors and Directors of Libraries participated. 

This initiative aims to encourage young people to read, expand literary audiences and spread book culture.
