Chevening Western Balkans Cyber Security Fellowship, a prestigious program funded by UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, has opened a call for mid-career professionals with leadership potential in cybersecurity and cyber policy.
📍 Host institution: Cranfield University, Defense Academy of the United Kingdom (Shrivenham Campus)
⏳ Duration: 10 weeks
📅 Period: October – December 2026
Participants will benefit from:
- Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity policies and strategies
- Practical skills in threat assessment, risk management and legal frameworks
- Access to an international network of experts and decision-makers in the field of cybersecurity
Applicants must:
- Are citizens and residents of Albania.
- Have a postgraduate qualification or equivalent professional experience/training in a relevant field
- To have at least 5 years of work experience relevant
- Have significant experience in cybersecurity or cyber policy (as policymaker, academic or expert)
Full financing!
The scholarship fully covers:
- Program fee
- Living expenses throughout the stay
- Airplane ticket (round trip, economy class)
