Title: "Damage as a result of violation of name, honor, personality, private life and related damage, as important real problems in private law today";

Duration: 8 months;

Purpose: This project, as one of its main purposes, has the ability of the best students of the Faculty of Law to develop scientific and doctrinal research in relation to the damage caused by the violation of honor, personality, private life, as well as to enable them to participate in further scientific projects.

Another important goal and axis of this project is the enrichment of the literature and legal doctrine with valuable works in the field of causing damage as well as the possibility of a theoretical, concrete and analytical panorama of responsibility for non-contractual damage, based on the Albanian legislation in force , as well as referring to the practice and legislation of the most developed countries, especially those of the EU.
