The project aims development of 2 modules, "Management of Public Organizations (MPO)" and "European Public Administration (EPA)". Both modules are closely related to the process of Albania's integration into the EU. Through the modules, students will be introduced to the professional contexts of real life with the aim of increasing their employability. Second, by providing efficient management strategies, democratic decision-making and good governance within the EU context, it is intended to provide public administration and public organizations with highly skilled employees to increase management and leadership capacities.
