Defined objectives:

  • Promotion of mutual trust in the administration of member states of justice;
  • Contribution to understanding the differences in the content of the structure and the effects of the judgments in the selected Member States and the impact of this process of cross-border border enforcement;
  • Contribution to the comparative research of dogmatic and empirical concepts of different implementation titles for recognition and implementation;
  • Foreign enforcement initiation tools tailored to different enforcement systems;
  • Creating an expert dictionary to reduce terminological barriers;
  • Improving judicial information on the initiation and ability of enforcement titles.

Expected results include:

  • Increasing knowledge and understanding of enforcement authorities on foreign enforcement titles;
  • Increasing mutual trust between enforcement authorities from different member states;
  • Increased use of border enforcement by individuals;

 Activities:

  • Comparative research work of experts;
  • Knowledge sharing, capacity building and awareness raising;
  • European enforcement title oracle processing;
  • Pilot activities: automation of enforcement procedures.
