Briefing
This dissertation comprehensively analyzes civil liability for environmental damage, assessing the capacities and limitations of the Albanian normative framework in relation to contemporary developments in European and international law. The main goal is to identify SPACE material legal and conceptual that hinder the effective functioning of this institute, as well as determining the possibilities for harmonization with acquired communal, with the aim of strengthening the legal protection of the environment. The methodology is based on an analysis comparative of EU standards, practice TRIAL and evolution doctrinaire. ABSTRACT

The study addresses key challenges related to defining ecological damage, evidentiary difficulties, and the complexity of establishing causation, while Also examining the role of compensatory and preventive mechanisms Within the civilian liability liability system. The analysis further evaluates the relationship between the public interest in environmental protected and the principles of civil liability liability, arguing for the need to enhance regulations and institutional effectiveness. In this context, The dissertation recommends strengthening evidentiary standards, improving mechanisms for the restoration and compensation of environmental damage, and growing inter-institutional cooperation.The scientific contribution of this work groin in formulating a harmonized Vision for the development of environmental civil liability liability in Albania, Offering concrete recommendations Aimed at growing legal certainly, reinforcing ecological restoration mechanisms, and ensuring sustainable environmental protected in line with contemporary European standards.
