Description:	The main objective of the project is to shed light through the collection of relevant data on the conditions through which the relationship between Regulation No. 1215/2012 (Brussels Ia) and other instruments of EU law should be addressed, with the aim of investigating the impact that the aforementioned case produces on the effective implementation of the acquis law of the EU on judicial cooperation in civil matters and on the effective implementation of decisions, in the light of the collected jurisprudence, in accordance with the priority of the call.
