In the framework of "Global Entrepreneurship Week" and "Entrepreneurial Women's Day", the University of Tirana in cooperation with the Career Offices enabled the activity "Encouraging young women in entrepreneurship", concretely recognizing them with some success cases, strategies and challenges of their enterprise.

For the three enterprises in question, "case studies" were prepared as well as a specific analysis for each business, which would serve the students to identify the strategies followed and the challenges faced and to present them to the relevant representatives.

Each group analyzed a specific venture and discussed every detail directly with the respective entrepreneur. At the end of the allotted time, each group presented an innovative business continuity strategy, putting themselves in the role of an entrepreneur.
