The overall objective of the project is to contribute to citizens' understanding of history and diversity. 

The specific aims are to raise awareness of the EU's "historical memory", shared history, values ​​and goals to promote peace, its values ​​and the well-being of its people by stimulating debate, reflection and networking.  

The aim is to explore civil participation during the period of Enver Hoxha's totalitarian regime as a need to address past history.
