Pursuant to article 7, letter "h", of law no. 119/2014, the University of Tirana for keeping documentation, types, forms of documents, as well as categories of information that is made public without request. The criterion is fulfilled with the publication of the list of documents administered by the Archive-Protocol sector and which is reflected on the official website of the UT.

The format administered by the protocol archive sector is only physical copies of documents that are prepared and stored in accordance with Law no. 9154, dt 06/11/2003, "On Archives", "Technical-Professional and Methodological Norms of the Archival Service in the Republic of Albania" and "Unified Regulations for Working with Documents in the Public Authorities of the Republic of Albania" of the Directorate of Archives , approved by Decision no. 4, dated 19.06.2017, of the High Council of Archives.
