The right to information and requests for information (Articles 3 and 11 of law no. 119/2014 "On the right to information")

Every person has the right to access public information, without having to explain the reasons.

Every person has the right to become familiar with public information, through the original document, or by receiving a copy of it in the form or format that allows full access to the content of the document.

The request for information is made in writing and sent by hand, by mail or by electronic mail, correctly presenting the identity of the requester and his signature. The request for information must contain:

1. the name and surname of the applicant;
2. the postal or electronic address where the information is requested to be sent;
3. description of the information requested;
4. the format in which the information is preferred;
5. any data that the requester considers may assist in identifying the requested information.
