The project at the end of the first phase and in its second phase has produced several products. as follows:

  • It has successfully completed the training of the project staff in Bologna, on May 28-30, 2018, where the objectives of the project were presented, the application of the electronic platform, which the project undertakes to implement in Albania, as well as the skills were increased coordinating the relevant activities, which were expected to be undertaken;
  • A comprehensive educational list has been drawn up for each university participating in the consortium along with the relevant descriptions;
  • The main coordinator of the project has the demo version of the electronic platform, which is expected to be installed on the project servers and tested. The online web platform is ready for student registration. UBT has started populating the database, which means registering students and companies within the platform;
  • The study of the labor market of young graduates was carried out by UBT and the report was compiled;
  • Two questionnaires were adapted, for the assessment of the situation of graduates and new employees and for practice and business internships, one for graduate students and one for business organizations, from where both were then applied to the target groups. and the output of the assessment report is expected. It is systematized in a unique study with a series of information on the national academic context and the dimension of the system and on the labor market and private low;
  • On 19.07.2018, UBT organized the training with the participation of Albanian University staff on the topic "Research on Research Methodology", where the participants from UT were trained on the study that is expected to be carried out this year;
  • On 9.11.2018, the training of the Secretariat Staff and IT Staff of all universities participating in the consortium on the use of the platform was carried out by UPT;
  • On 10.12.2018, a seminar on the connection and cooperation with the private company was carried out by UT, mainly focused on the awareness of business enterprises for the application of professional practice on a formal basis through the application of the platform;
  • UBT has completed the tendering process for the purchase of equipment such as servers, PCs, laptops, and the purchase and distribution of the relevant tools has been completed.

At the end of the first year of activities, the project's commitments have been numerous, with active participation in all meetings and trainings, as follows:

  • A "Small Kick Off Meeting" was held on April 5, 2018 in the premises of the Agricultural University of Tirana, where several issues were discussed, such as: Analysis of the work so far, the conclusion of the signing of the agreements with the partners "Partnership Agreement", Draft Report, as well as on Questionnaires to be used and financial management problems;
  • The project is engaged in the development of the technical implementation platform, where UT has completed the specific information on the faculties and degrees that are offered and the "Decode Table" has been completed and verified several times, necessary for the continuation of the writing of the platform, phase, which has gone through several confirmation processes and has already been successfully completed. Regarding the programming of the platform by the colleagues of Alma Mater Studiorum Università di Bologna, the "Demo" version has also been completed. Also, on their part, on May 27-31, 2018, in Bologna, a demo presentation of the platform was made and the possible challenges of its application were also presented;
  • At the meeting on April 26, 2018, the representatives of the Erasmus office in Albania informed about the findings of the "Monitoring on the implementation of the GRADUA project", which were positive.
  • The University of Tirana participated with its comments on the translation and pronunciation of the questionnaire for students, as well as translated and pronunciation of the questionnaire for companies, which is already being completed.
  • On November 6-9, 2018, the next meeting was organized, where the platform was discussed in detail regarding the way of use, changes, etc. IT and Secretariat staff were also present at the meeting. In this meeting, UT and other project partners were tasked with adapting technical aspects of the platform. Also, in a parallel session, the meeting of the Board of Directors was organized where the final decision to host the platform was discussed. 
  • On December 11-13, 2018, at the University of Tirana (Faculty of Social Sciences), the Seminar: "On the development of professional training" was held, with the participation of all project partners. During the seminar, topics were discussed and referred to regarding the invitation of staff, business enterprises and students to be involved in the project, the possibilities of student internships in different enterprises, the expectations of enterprises from graduate students. , etc.
  • On February 26, 2019, an IT technical level meeting was held at the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth, to discuss the possibilities of RASH to host the platform.
  • On March 19 to 29, 2019, the meeting on distribution and quality control of the platform and market research was organized at the University of Barcelona. Each partner presented the findings and situation of the relevant institution for quality control of the project modalities with a corresponding focus on progress indicators and related results.
  • On June 11-14, 2019, the IT training "On sustainability of migration and platform maintenance" (work package 3.3) was held in Bologna. Local management of the platform was addressed during the training. The main result of the intensive training was the transfer of capacity building to local staff and the deployment of the platform (temporarily organized by the inter-university consortium of Almalaurea).
