The project aims to support Albanian universities by creating an interactive data system and a model that matches the demand with the supply of graduates' employment.

The purpose of the project:

Creating concrete synergies between the University and the labor market by providing a unified instrument available to both beneficiaries for evaluating graduates and educational system performances and providing innovative recruitment tools. This unified tool consists of an innovative IT platform, which will track graduates and their employability in support of policy-making and higher education reform.

The platform is different in relation to existing experiences (databases / job brokers): it is an integrated and certified demand/offer matching model based on the online DB of Albanian graduates, easily "reproducible" in new universities.

Through this project, several categories will benefit, more specifically:

  1. Students, through:
  1. Free use of the platform;
  2. Easy access to information on work / internship opportunities;
  3. Career and employment guidelines;
  4. Certification of academic career;
  5. Opportunities to enhance their university by evaluating their academic experience.
  1. Universities, through:
  1. Access to reliable, up-to-date statistical data for evaluating their efficiency and improving educational programs;
  2. Promotion of easy and safe mobility for qualified human resources;
  3. Improving the capacities of career offices;
  4. Improving the capacities of researchers and experts in analyzing the local level of education and the labor market through advanced methodology.
  1. Business firms, through:
  1. Easy access to a unique database collecting CVs from 9 universities;
  2. Availability of CV regularly updated by graduates;
  3. CV search possibilities for human resources selection;
  4. The possibility to check and compare profiles of graduates to hire;
  5. Gaining time for the recruitment of graduates from the academic career;
  6. Opportunities for the distribution of internships / job offers;
  7. Improving training programs in accordance with international standards
  1. MASR will contribute to the institutionalization of the system after the completion of the project. Access to documentary evidence on university performances for all decision-making processes and planning activities.
