The third call for scholarships for students under the Erasmus + Program at the University of Camerino, Italy, for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026 is open.

 

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Program, the third call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at Camerino University, Italy, for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026 has been opened.

- Student exchange for studies;

 

Fields of study:

 

  • Computer Science (double degree students with the University of Camerino);
  • Chemistry (Master and PhD students);

 

Duration of scholarships:

 

– 1 semester;

Scholarships include:

 

– Monthly compensation (850 Euros per month for students + 250 Euros/month as a top-up, for "fewer opportunities" students, for which the student must submit supporting documentation at the time of application);

 

– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

 Documents required for application for students:

– CV;

– Passport copy;

– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Italian);

– Bachelor's degree (for Master's students) or Master's degree (for PhD students);

– List of grades of the current study program (and of previous programs for Master / PhD students), (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Italian);

– List of grades of the current study program (and of previous programs for Master / PhD students), (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Italian);

– Letter of motivation (in English or Italian depending on the language in which the study program takes place);

– Foreign language certificate (B2 level of English or Italian depending on the language in which the study program is conducted);

-*Learning Agreement;

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must choose to perform at the University of Camerino courses similar to those you would take in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would take in your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must take the courses that do not fit at the University of Tirana.

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
