The call for applications is open within the framework of the Erasmus + program at the University of Bergamo, Italy, for the International Week on the theme: "Cultural heritage", on May 19 - 23, 2025.
The University of Tirana opens a call for applications for mobility scholarships for full-time administrative and administrative academic support staff of the University of Tirana to the University of Bergamo, Italy, within the framework of the Erasmus+ program.

The training includes:

Exchange of personnel from the fields of: Galleries, Libraries, Archives, and Museums.

During the training, best practices in improving and preserving cultural heritage - tangible and intangible - will be discussed.

Duration:

– 5 days + 2 day;

Scholarships include:

-Daily compensation for staff (160 EUR per day);
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

– CV, in English;
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English);
– Employment certificate;
– Foreign language certificate (level B2);
– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed Erasmus+ mobilities (if so, where, specifying the universities and the period for each mobility);
– Mobility plan for training;

The Mobility Plan is a document that specifies your proposed program to be carried out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then at the Rectorate.
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail address iro@unitir.edu.al.
