The University of Tirana opens the call for applications for mobility scholarships for full-time staff
of the University of Tirana at the Danubius International University in Galati, Romania for teaching/training in the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026.
Types of mobility / duration:
– Full-time staff exchange for training/internship (5 days + 2 days of travel);
Field of exchange for academic staff:
- Justice;
- Economy;
- Social Sciences;
- European Studies;
- Communication Sciences.
The mobility must take place between 11-15 May 2026..
Scholarships include:
-Daily compensation for staff (160 EUR per day);
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home universities)

Required documents:
– CV (in English);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English);
– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– Foreign language certificate;
– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, where, citing the universities and periods for each mobility completed);
- Teaching/training mobility plan *;
*The Mobility Plan is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to define the activities that will take place during the mobility period. This document is signed by the applicant and at the Rectorate by the Institutional Erasmus + Coordinator.
