The call for applications within the Erasmus+KA171 program is open in Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland, for teaching and training in the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year
The University of Tirana opens the call for applications for mobility scholarships to the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland, within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA171 program for academic staff of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the UT for teaching and training, for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026.
Types of mobility include:
- Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching/training;
Teaching area:
– Chemistry;
Duration of scholarships:
- Exchange of academic staff for teaching/training (5+2 days).
The mobility must be completed within July 2026.
Scholarships include:
- Daily allowance (160 EUR per day for staff)
- Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home universities)

Documents required for application for academic staff:
- CV + list of publications (in English);
- Copy of Passport;
- Letter of motivation (in English);
- Foreign language certificate proving knowledge of English/Italian (level B2);
- Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed an Erasmus+ exchange scholarship (if so, where, specifying the universities and periods for each mobility);
- Mobility plan for teaching and training *;
*The Mobility Plan is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to define the activities that will take place during the mobility period. This document is signed by the applicant and at the Rectorate by the Institutional Erasmus + Coordinator.
