The call for applications for scholarships in the Mevlana Exchange program, for students and full-time academic staff for teaching, for the academic year 2020-2021, at the University of Trakya is open. (Print)
As part of the Mevlana Exchange program, the call for applications for exchange scholarships for the academic year 2020-2021 has been opened. The Mevlana Exchange Program is a program that enables the exchange of students and full-time academic staff between the University of Tirana and the University of Trakya.
Bachelor, master and Ph.D level students. and full-time academic staff from the University of Tirana have the opportunity to apply to Trakya University in Turkey for exchange scholarships.
Application conditions for students:
- Students applying for an exchange period at the University of Trakya must:
- To be registered at the University of Tirana in the bachelor program, year II, master year I or Ph.D.;
- Bachelor students must have an average of at least 2,5 on a 4-point scale;
- Master students and Ph.D. have an average of at least 3 on a 4-point scale;
- To know the teaching language of the department at the University of Trakya. Be careful:
The language of instruction at the University of Trakya for most subjects is Turkish. For the English, German, Albanian, Greek and Bosnian language department, the language of instruction is the specific language;
- Students must have a Turkish, English, German, etc. language certificate. depending on their program of study.

– List of Grades and Student Certificate in Albanian and officially translated in the language that will be followed the mobility;

Financial compensation for students:
- The scholarship for students is 1300 TL (Turkish Lira) per month.
Students pay tuition fees at their home university, i.e. where they are enrolled and do not pay any other tuition fees at the host university.
- Travel and accommodation costs are covered by the applicants themselves.
Application conditions for staff:
Academic staff of the University of Tirana:
- Academic staff are required to have good language skills. (The language of teaching at the University of Trakya is Turkish, except for some departments such as German, Albanian, English, Greek, Bosnian).

- Daily compensation for the staff (45 - 55 TL/day);
