As part of the Mevlana Exchange program, the call for applications for exchange scholarships for the academic year 2020-2021 has been opened. Mevlana Exchange Program is a program that enables the exchange of students and academic staff between the University of Tirana and Kocaeli University.

Mobility levels for students:
- Bachelor (III year cannot apply);
- Master (second year cannot apply);
- Doctorate;
Types of staff mobility:
- Full-time academic teaching staff;
Scholarship duration for students:
- 4 months;
Duration of scholarships for academic staff:
- 2 weeks;

Application documentation for students:
- Application form;
- Student certificate and Grade List (in Albanian and officially translated into Turkish/English);
- Foreign language certificate (English/Turkish);

*Students pay tuition fees at their home university, i.e. where they are enrolled and do not pay any other tuition fees at the host university.

- CV and List of Publications (in English/Turkish);
- Academic Staff Mobility Program;

Financial compensation for students:
- Scholarship for students is 1300 TL (Turkish Lira) for each month;
- Travel ticket (3100 – 4600 TL)
At the time of application, only the aforementioned documentation must be submitted. All additional documents will be requested at a later time.
Financial compensation for staff:
- Daily compensation for the staff (45 - 55 TL/day);
- Travel ticket (3100 – 4600 TL)
Application deadline: 19 March 2020
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Directorate of External Relations and Students, Sector of External Relations from Monday to Thursday 10:30 - 11:30 and 14:30 - 16:00, as well as to be sent scanned to e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
