Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for scholarships for mobility at the University of Huelva in Spain has been opened, for the full-time staff of the University of Tirana, for participation in the "International Training Week", which this university will organize in in April 2023.
Types of mobility / duration:
– Full-time staff exchange for training (5 days + 2 travel days);
Scholarships include:
-Daily compensation for staff (160 EUR per day);
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for application for full-time staff of the University of Tirana:
– CV (in English / Spanish) + List of publications (for academic staff);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English / Spanish);
– Employment certificate (in Albanian language);
– Foreign language certificate;
- Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed a mobility within the Erasmus+ program and if so, where;
– Mobility plan for training;

The Training Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program to be carried out during the training period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.
Deadline for application: February 13, 2023, 10:00 a.m.
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and they must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
