The call for applications for scholarships under the Erasmus+ KA171 program at the University of Huelva in Spain is open, for full-time staff of the University of Tirana for training, for the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025, within the framework of projects 2022-1-ES01-KA171-HED- 000076873, 2023-1-ES01-KA171-HED- 00013166, 2024-1-ES01-KA171-HED- 000208439.
Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, a call for applications for mobility scholarships at the University of Huelva in Spain has been opened for full-time staff of the University of Tirana, for participation in the "International Training Week", which this university will organize on March 31 - April 4, 2025.
Types of mobility / duration:
– Full-time academic staff exchange for teaching/training (5 days + 2 travel days);
– Full-time staff exchange for training (5 days + 2 travel days);

Scholarships include:
-Daily compensation for staff (160 EUR per day);
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for application for full-time staff of the University of Tirana:
– CV (in English / Spanish) + List of publications (for academic staff);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English / Spanish);
– Employment certificate (in Albanian language);
– Foreign language certificate;
- Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed a mobility within the Erasmus+ program and if so, where;
– Mobility plan for teaching / training;

The Training Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program to be carried out during the training period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.
Application deadline: February 11, 2025.
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail address iro@unitir.edu.al.
