The call for applications for scholarships under the Erasmus+ KA171 program at the University of Santiago de Compostela in Spain is open, for full-time staff of the University of Tirana for training, in the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026.
Types of mobility / duration:
– Exchange of staff of the Foreign Relations Sector for training (5 days + 2 days of travel);
Documents required for staff application:
– CV (in English);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English);
– Employment certificate (in Albanian language);
– Foreign language certificate;
– Mobility plan for training;

The Training Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program to be carried out during the training period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.
Deadline for application: December 03, 2025.
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and they must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
