Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for the full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana in Charles University, Czech Republic, for the second semester of the academic year 2019-2020 has been opened.
Types of mobility include:
- Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching/training;
Duration of scholarships:
– 5 days + 2 travel days;
Fields of study:
- Political science;
Scholarships include:
-Compensation for staff (140 EUR per day for staff);
– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time academic staff application:
– CV + List of publications (in English);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English);
– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– Foreign language certificate (proving knowledge of English language level B2);
– Self-declaration whether or not you have done Erasmus+ mobility before (if yes, where);
- Acceptance letter/ invitation letter from the host university.

*The Mobility Plan for teaching/training is a document in which you must specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the teaching/training period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person in the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.
Deadline for application: 26 March 2020
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Directorate of External Relations and Students, Sector of External Relations from Monday to Thursday 10:30 - 11:30 and 14:30 - 16:00, as well as to be sent scanned to e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
