The call for applications for scholarships within the Erasmus+ program is open Saarland University in Germany, for the full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana for training, to participate in the "International Week" that this university will organize on October 07-11, 2024.

 

Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for scholarships for mobility at the University has been opened Saarland, Germany, for the full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana for training.

Types of mobility / duration:

 

– Full-time academic staff exchange for training (5 days + 2 travel days);

 

Fields of exchange:

 

-        Chemistry;

-        Justice;

-        Foreign Language;

 

Scholarships include:

 

-Daily compensation for staff;

-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time academic staff application:

 

– CV (in English / German) + List of publications;

– Passport copy;

– Letter of motivation (in English / German);

– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);

– Foreign language certificate (proving knowledge of the English/German language, level B2);

- Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed a mobility within the Erasmus+ program and if so, where, citing the universities and periods of mobility;

 

– Mobility plan for training;

The Training Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program to be carried out during the training period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.

 

Deadline for application: 02 July 2024

 

The documents must be submitted by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must  are sent to  scanned in  EBay Feedback iro@unitir.edu.al.
