The call for applications for scholarships under the Erasmus+ program at the University of Targu Mures in Romania is open, for full-time teaching and training staff of the University of Tirana, for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026.

 

Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for scholarships for mobility at the University of Targu Mures in Romania has been opened, for the full-time staff of the University of Tirana, for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026.

Types of mobility / duration:

 

– Full-time academic staff exchange for teaching (5 days + 2 travel days);

– Exchange of academic support staff of an administrative / administrative nature for training;

The mobility must be completed by June 14, 2026.

 

Exchange areas (for academic staff):

 

– Information and Communication Technology;

– Informatics;

– Business administration;

– Foreign language (English, Italian, German, French).

 

Scholarships include:

 

-Daily compensation for staff (140 EUR per day);

-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for application for full-time staff of the University of Tirana:

 

– CV + List of publications (for academic staff), (in English);

– Passport copy;

– Letter of motivation (in English);

– Employment certificate (in Albanian language);

– Foreign language certificate;

- Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed a mobility within the Erasmus+ program (if yes, you must cite the names of the universities and the periods of mobility);

– Mobility plan for teaching;

The Teaching Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will undertake during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.

 

Deadline for application: 21 November 2025

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and they must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
