The call for applications is open for training scholarships at the Middle East Technical University (METU), in Ankara, Turkey, for full-time administrative and administrative assistant academic staff of the University of Tirana to participate in the International Week. (Print)
Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, the call for applications for scholarships for mobility for training for academic assistant staff with an administrative and full-time administrative character of the University of Tirana has been opened.
Types of mobility:
- The exchange of academic assistant staff with an administrative and administrative character for training;
Staff who can apply:
– Staff working in the fields of international cooperation;
– Student/staff mobility (eg International Officers, Staff Responsible for Summer Schools, International Recruitment, Strategic Planning, International Career Offices, Erasmus+ KA1, KA2 & KA3 projects;
– Support services offered for international students (Accommodation, IT, Social Engagement Offices, if they work in close contact with International Students).
Duration:
– 5 days + 2 travel days (dates 1 - 5 June 2020);
Scholarships include:
-Daily compensation for staff (140 EUR per day);
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– Foreign language certificate (minimum level B2);

*The Training Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the training period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.
*Staff who have previously completed mobility at this university are not allowed to apply.
Deadline for application: 05 April 2020
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Directorate of External Relations and Students, Sector of External Relations from Monday to Thursday 10:30 - 11:30 and 14:30 - 16:00, as well as to be sent scanned to e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
