Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, a call for applications for scholarships for full-time academic staff of the Department of English Language of the Faculty of Foreign Languages at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Poland is open.
Types of mobility:
- Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching;
Fields of exchange:
-English language;
Duration of scholarships:
– 5 days + 2 travel days;
Scholarships include:
-Daily compensation (140 Eur/day);
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time academic staff application:
– CV + List of publications, in English;
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English);
– Employment certificate;
– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed Erasmus+ mobilities (if so, where, specifying the universities and the period for each mobility);
– Mobility plan for teaching;

The Mobility Plan is a document that specifies your proposed program to be carried out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then at the Rectorate.
Application deadline: November 11, 2025
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail address iro@unitir.edu.al.
