The call for applications for scholarships under the Erasmus + Program for full-time academic staff of the Department of German Language of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the University of Tirana is open, in university Jan Evangelista in Ústí nad Labem (UJEP) in the Czech Republic, for the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.
Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, a call for applications for scholarships for full-time academic staff of the Department of German Language of the Faculty of Foreign Languages at the Jan Evangelista University in Ústí nad Labem (UJEP) in the Czech Republic is open.
Types of mobility:
- Exchange of full-time academic staff for training;
Fields of exchange:
- German language;
Scholarships include:
– Daily allowance (170 Eur/day);
– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time academic staff application:
– CV + List of publications, in English/German;
– Passport copy;
– Motivation letter (in German/English);
– Employment certificate;
– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed Erasmus+ mobilities (if so, where, specifying the universities and the period for each mobility);
– Mobility plan for training;

The Mobility Plan is a document that specifies your proposed program to be carried out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then at the Rectorate.
Application deadline: January 23, 2026, 10:00 AM.
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail address iro@unitir.edu.al.
