The call for applications for scholarships under the Erasmus + Program for full-time academic staff of the Department of German Language of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the UT, at the Jan Evangelista University in Ústí nad Labem (UJEP) in the Czech Republic, is open. for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, a call for applications for scholarships for full-time academic staff of the Department of German Language of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the UT, at the Jan Evangelista University in Ústí nad Labem (UJEP) in the Czech Republic, is open.
Types of mobility:
- Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching;
Fields of exchange:
-German language;
Duration of scholarships:
– 5 days + 2 travel days;
Scholarships include:
-Compensation for staff (170 EUR per day for staff);
-Travel costs (309 euros)
Documents required for full-time academic staff application:
– CV + List of publications (in English/German);
– Passport copy;
– Motivation letter (in English/German);
– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, where, citing the universities and periods for each mobility completed);
– Teaching mobility plan.

The Mobility Plan is a document that specifies your proposed program to be carried out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then at the Rectorate.
Application deadline: June 27, 2025
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail address iro@unitir.edu.al.
