The call for applications for scholarships within the framework of the Erasmus + Program for full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana is open. Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, a call for applications for scholarships for full-time academic staff of UT at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, in Turkey, has been opened.

Types of mobility:
- Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching;
The mobility can be carried out in one of the first two weeks of May, or in the first week of June 2026.
Fields of exchange:
- Economics;
- Management and Administration;
- Literature and Linguistics;
- History and Archaeology;
- Geography;
- Mathematics;
- Political science.

Scholarships include:
– Daily allowance (148 Eur/day);
– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time academic staff application:
– CV + List of publications, in English;
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English);
– Employment certificate;
– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed Erasmus+ mobilities (if so, where, specifying the universities and the period for each mobility);
– Teaching Mobility Plan;

The Mobility Plan is a document that specifies your proposed program to be carried out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then at the Rectorate.
Application deadline: April 24, 2026, 10:00 AM.
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail address iro@unitir.edu.al.
