Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, a call for applications for teaching mobility scholarships at the University of Graz in Austria, for full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana within the framework of the Erasmus + KA171 program for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026, is open.
Types of mobility:
- Exchange of academic staff for teaching;

Duration of scholarships:
– 5 days + 2 travel days;
Scholarships include:
-Compensation for staff (140 EUR per day for staff);
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for application for academic staff:
– CV + List of publications (in English);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English);
– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– Foreign language certificate (proving knowledge of English language level B2);
– Self-declaration (whether or not you have previously completed Erasmus+ mobility, specifying the universities and specific periods of previous mobilities);
– Invitation letter from a colleague at the University of Graz (same as your teaching field at the UT);
– Mobility plan for teaching;

The Teaching Mobility Plan is a document in which your proposed programme to be carried out during the teaching period must be specified. This document is signed by the applicant and the responsible person in the Rectorate, who is the Institutional Erasmus+ Coordinator.
Deadline for application: December 02, 2025
The documentation must be submitted by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, as well as scanned and sent to the address iro@unitir.edu.al .
