Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for training at the University of Messina in Italy has been opened, for the full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana, for the first semester of the academic year 2023-2024.

Types of mobility:
– Exchange of full-time academic staff for training;
* The mobility must be carried out in the period September - December 2023.

Duration of scholarships:
– 5 days + 2 travel days;
Scholarships include:
-Compensation for staff (160 EUR per day for staff);
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time academic staff application:
– CV + List of publications (in English / Italian);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English / Italian);
– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– Foreign language certificate;
– Preliminary invitation letter from the host person / department at the University of Messina;
– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously performed Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, where, also citing the periods for each mobility performed);
– Mobility plan for training*;

*The Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.
