Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, a call for applications for teaching/training mobility scholarships at the University of Molise in Italy, for full-time staff of the University of Tirana, for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026, is open.

Types of mobility:

 

– Full-time academic staff exchange for teaching/training;

– Exchange of academic support staff of an administrative / administrative nature for training;

 

Exchange areas (for academic staff):

 

• Biology and its sciences;
• Environmental science.

The exchange of academic support staff with an administrative/administrative character for training can be carried out for all UT personnel, based on the relevant departments at the host university. The applying staff must cite the department in which they propose to carry out their mobility.

 

Duration of scholarships:

 

– 5 days + 2 travel days;

 

Scholarships include:

 

-Compensation for staff (160 EUR per day for staff);

-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for application:

 

– CV + List of publications, for academic staff (in English / Italian);

– Passport copy;

– Letter of motivation (in English / Italian);

– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);

– Foreign language certificate;

– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, where, citing the universities and periods for each mobility completed);

 

– Mobility plan for teaching / training*;

*The Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

Deadline for application: February 28, 2026, 10:00 AM.

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
