Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, a call for applications for teaching/training mobility scholarships at Usak University in Turkey is open, for full-time staff of the University of Tirana, for participation in the "Staff Week" activity, which is organized on 04 - 08 May 2026.

Types of mobility:

 

– Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching;

– Exchange of academic support staff of an administrative / administrative nature for training;

 

Exchange areas (for academic staff):

 

• Foreign Languages;
• Literature and Linguistics;
• Social Sciences;
• Business Administration.

 

Duration of scholarships:

 

– 5 days + 2 travel days;

 

Scholarships include:

 

-Compensation for staff (140 EUR per day for staff);

-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

– CV + List of publications, for academic staff (in English);

– Passport copy;

– Letter of motivation (in English);

– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);

– Foreign language certificate;

– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, where, citing the universities and periods for each mobility completed);

*The Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

Deadline for application: February 25, 2026, 10:00 AM.

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
