The call for applications for scholarships for full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana under the Erasmus + program at the Polytechnic University of Santarem, Portugal is open.

 

Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for training at the Polytechnic University of Santarem in Portugal has been opened, for the full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana, for the second semester of the academic year 2022-2023.

Types of mobility:

 

  • Full-time academic staff exchange for training;

The staff will participate in the International Week with the theme: "Artificial intelligence and its impact on academic life", which will take place on May 15-19, 2023.

 

Fields of exchange:

 

  • Economic Informatics;
  • Informatics.

 

Duration of scholarships:

 

– 5 days + 2 travel days;

 

Scholarships include:

 

-Compensation for staff (160 EUR per day for staff);

-Travel costs 360 Euro (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time academic staff application:

 

– CV + List of publications (in English);

– Passport copy;

– Letter of motivation (in English);

– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);

– Self-declaration whether or not you have done Erasmus+ mobility before (if yes, where);

– Mobility plan for training*;

*The Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectors, who is the Institutional Erasmus+ Coordinator.

Deadline for application: February 27, 2023

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
