Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, a call for applications for mobility scholarships for full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana to the University of Bergamo, Italy, for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026 is open.
Types of mobility include:
Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching (May 2026):
Duration of scholarships:
– 5 + 2 days;
Teaching areas:
- Economics;

Scholarships include:
– Compensation for staff (160 EUR per day for staff);
– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time academic staff application:
– CV + List of publications (in English / Italian);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English / Italian);
– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– Foreign language certificate (proving knowledge of English / Italian language level B2);
– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed/been declared a winner of an Erasmus+ mobility (if so, where, citing for each university the name and period of the mobility);

*The Teaching Mobility Plan is a document in which you must specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the teaching period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.
Deadline for application: 17 April 2026, 10:00 AM.
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
