Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for the full-time staff of the University of Tirana at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, for the second semester of the academic year 2023-2024 has been opened.
Types of mobility include:
- Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching;
– Exchange of administrative and full-time administrative assistant academic staff for training;
Mobility will be carried out in the period January 15, 2024 - July 19, 2024.
Duration:
– 5 days + 2 travel days;
Scholarships include:
-Compensation for staff (160 EUR per day for staff);
– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time staff application:
– CV + List of publications (academic staff), (in English);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English);
– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– Foreign language certificate;
– Self-declaration whether or not you have carried out/been declared a winner in an Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, where);

*The Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.
Deadline for application: 27 September 2023
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
