Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, a call for applications for mobility scholarships for full-time staff of the University of Tirana at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, for the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025 is open.
Types of mobility include:
- Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching;
– Exchange of academic support staff of an administrative and full-time administrative nature for training;
Duration:
– 5 days + 2 travel days;
Scholarships include:
-Compensation for staff (160 EUR per day for staff);
– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time staff application:
– CV + List of publications (academic staff), (in English);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English);
– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– Foreign language certificate;
– Self-declaration whether or not you have completed/been declared a winner in an Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, where, specifying universities and mobility periods);
- Letter of support from the host University, refer to the link:

*The Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.
