Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, a call for applications for mobility scholarships for full-time staff of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the University of Tirana at the University of Turin, Italy, for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026, is open.
Types of mobility include:
-Exchange of full-time teaching/training staff;
Duration of scholarships:
– 5 days + 2 travel days, period June 28 – July 4, 2026.

Scholarships include:
-Daily compensation for staff (160 EUR per day);
– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for staff application:
– CV + List of publications (for academic staff);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation;
– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– Foreign language certificate;
– Self-declaration if you have previously completed or announced an Erasmus+ mobility (citing previous mobilities and periods for each mobility);
– Mobility plan for teaching / training*;

*The Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.
Deadline for application: May 22, 2026, 10:00 AM.
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
