Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at Akdeniz University has been opened, for the second semester of the academic year 2022-2023.
Types of mobility include:
- Exchange of students for studies / Traineeship;
Duration of scholarships:
– Mobility for Bachelor / Master studies (5 months);
– Mobility for Traineeship (2 months).

Scholarships include:
– Monthly allowance (800 EUR per month for students);
– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.
Documents required for application for the Bachelor's level:
– CV (in English / Turkish);
– Passport copy;
– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Turkish);
– Grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Turkish);
– Letter of motivation (in English / Turkish);
– Foreign language certificate;
– Learning Agreement document*
*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the Mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects from Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.
ATTENTION: You must select to commit to university host the same courses as those you would take in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would develop in your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must develop the courses that do not fit in the University of Tirana.
The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally in the Rectors by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.
If the student makes changes "During mobility", this part of the document must be signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally at the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

-List of Bachelor's grades (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Turkish);

-Motivation letter in English / Turkish;
-Certificate of foreign language;

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
