The call for applications for scholarships for students of the University of Tirana is open at the University of Bologna, Italy, for the first semester of the 2021-2022 academic year.

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the call for applications for scholarships for mobility for students of the University of Tirana to the University of Bologna, Italy, for the first semester of the academic year 2021-2022 has been opened.

Types of mobility include:

- Student exchange for studies;

Duration of scholarships:

– Bachelor (1 semester);                                                                          

– Master (1 semester);

 

*Third year Bachelor students and second year Master students cannot apply.

- Philosophy and Ethics;

-Foreign language;

- Economics;

-Political Science;

- Psychology;

- Sociology;

- Journalist;

- Accounting;

-Finance-Bank;

-Marketing;

- Business Administration;

- Social Work;

- Justice;

-Biology;

-Biochemistry;

- Chemistry;

-Physics;

- Mathematics;

- Statistics;

Scholarships include:

– Monthly compensation (850 EUR per month);

– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home universities).

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

Documents required for application for the Bachelor's level: 

– CV;

– Passport copy;

– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Italian);

– Grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Italian);

– Letter of motivation (English / Italian depending on the language in which the study program takes place);

– Foreign language certificate (English or Italian depending on the language in which the study program is conducted);

 

– Learning Agreement document*

 

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the Mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects from Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

 

ATTENTION: You must choose to complete the same courses at the host university as you would in the first semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected subjects differ from those you would develop in your faculty the first semester, then when you return you must develop the subjects that do not fit in the University of Tirana.

 

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

If the student makes changes during mobility, the Learning Agreement document must be signed in the same way as the initial Learning Agreement.

Deadline for application: 25 May 2021

The documents must be submitted by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, as well as scanned via e-mail to the address iro@unitir.edu.al.
